This Refund & Billing Policy explains how subscription charges, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled for Uno 2 Duo, Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Billing
Uno 2 Duo operates on a recurring membership model.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions automatically renew on the applicable billing date.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Pricing and subscription terms are displayed before checkout.
- All charges are processed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable taxes may be included where required by law.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the next billing cycle being processed.
3. Digital Service Acknowledgment
Upon purchase, members receive immediate access to digital services, which may include compatibility interviews, profile tools, and messaging features.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital services begins immediately.
4. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
5. Refund Eligibility
Because our services provide immediate access to digital features, refunds are limited.
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of the initial charge; and

The account has not engaged in substantial activity, including but not limited to:
- Completing compatibility interviews
- Accessing premium messaging features
- Initiating communication with other members
- Using AI-powered compatibility tools
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Charges after the 48-hour eligibility window
- Renewal charges when cancellation was not completed prior to renewal
- Dissatisfaction with match results
- Inactivity after purchase
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Subscription fees are payment for access to platform features and services, not for guaranteed outcomes.
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at support@uno2duo.com.
We strongly encourage members to contact us before initiating a charge dispute so we may resolve the issue promptly.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of the account
- Permanent termination of membership
- Restriction from future access
We reserve the right to dispute any unwarranted chargeback.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Billing Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
